Refund Policy - the basics

1. Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Please choose carefully and read all product descriptions before placing your order.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and clear photos of the fault or damage. We will assess your claim and offer an appropriate remedy.
3. Incorrect Itemss
If we send you the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return postage for the incorrect item and send you the correct product at no additional cost.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bubuwardrobe.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Returns must be approved before shipping any items back to us. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
